Preferably, one within their price range, of a size suitable for their family needs, in a desirable location as to schools, shopping and recreation. Further, one that appeals to their taste and special interests.
I am not someone who is a part-time agent. This is my profession. I keep pace with trends, the local market, marketing techniques, pricing, loan legalities, inspections, and more. As a professional, and with an extensive background in sales and management, I look at a total picture of what my clients need.
Since the buying of a home is the biggest financial transaction a person or family will make in their lifetime, I guide them through the maze of the process thoroughly, assertively, and with all the latest tools of the trade. I want them to feel comfortable having me as their representative in the accomplishment of their goals.
